Alternative Protein Project

With plant-based meat, cultivated meat, and fermentation we can mitigate the environmental impact of our food system, decrease the risk of zoonotic disease, feed more people with fewer resources and reduce animal suffering!
We want to grow awareness of alternative proteins by creating a community, organising seminars, talks and perhaps even courses!
We are always happy to welcome interested people, so if you want to transform the future of food with sustainability in mind, we encourage you to contact us at this address or on Instagram.

Safe AI Lausanne
