Welcome to the EA Zurich Community!

Effective Altruism Zurich is a registered student organization at both ETH (under VSETH) and at UZH. We run several activities each semester, including an introductory effective altruism seminar and an AI Safety Fundamentals seminar. We also host regular meetups and socials. Alt Protein Project

We organize talks and fundamental programs to stimulate discussion, cultivate new ideas, and get people excited about opportunities in alternative proteins. Find out more here!
AI Alignment Group

For students with a technical AI background, we suggest joining the Zurich AI Alignment Group (ZAIA). They host regular discussions, and also sometimes host an AGI Safety Fundamentals Program.
